By registering for and participating in any MiCasaHoops event, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian consent. All players must be physically able to participate in competitive basketball activity.
Registration
Team registration covers event operations, court access, officiated games, jerseys, and event coordination. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
Conduct
All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully. MiCasaHoops reserves the right to remove any participant for unsporting conduct, harassment, or violation of venue rules, without refund.
Assumption of Risk
Basketball involves inherent physical risk. By registering, participants assume all risk of injury and release MiCasaHoops, its organizers, and venue partners from liability.
Sponsored Awards
Championship awards are sponsored promotional prizes provided at the discretion of MiCasaHoops and its sponsors. Awards are recognition for athletic achievement and are not guaranteed cash distributions.
Changes to Events
MiCasaHoops may reschedule, modify, or cancel events due to weather, venue availability, low registration, or other circumstances. See our Refund Policy for details.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
